It may only be two races into the final year of Valentino Rossi’s Yamaha contract, but the six-times world champion is already planning to remain in MotoGP next season – presumably with Yamaha – despite on going speculation of a four-wheel move.
"I think next year I will race in MotoGP, and after that I decide if in the future I race with cars or not. I haven’t decided yet, but anyway the cars are very special after the bikes so maybe possible," said the Italian.
Rossi made the comments during the Estoril race weekend, where he attended a teleconference to discuss the upcoming return of MotoGP to America, with the 2005 US GP taking place at Laguna Seca on July 8-10.
